About our courses
Our training courses offer a mix of interactive online learning illustrated with real world case studies followed by live online workshops with expert advice on applying theory to practice in your setting. The courses are designed for health professionals, educators, and others working in the health sector at any level and prepare you to implement sustainability projects in your workplace, conduct research and contribute to your organisation's Green Plan (England), Decarbonisation Plan (Wales) or Sustainability Strategy (Scotland).
Sustainable Healthcare Courses
We recommend starting with one of our Sustainable Healthcare Courses. If your specialty is represented, we advise attending that course, rather than the cross-speciality Introduction course. Specialty courses cover all introductory material but are tailored to your field and allow the opportunity to train and network with peers.

Technical Courses
These in-depth courses build skills for planning and measuring projects. It is helpful to have some knowledge about sustainable healthcare before attending, from a sustainable healthcare course, from the eLFH module 'Building a Net Zero NHS' or similar.
